Terms & Conditions

Accepted applications to attend the Progressive Institute conference or seminar (“Event”) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms

To secure your registration, payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice.

2. Confirmation of Registration

Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Applications will lapse if payment is not made within 14 days of invoicing.

3. Right of Admission

The Progressive Institute reserves the right to refuse admission to the event if proof of full payment cannot be provided. Admission includes access to seminar sessions, lunch, refreshments, and essential seminar materials.

4. Delegate Substitution

Substituting one delegate for another may be done at any time without incurring additional charges.

5. Delegate Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received at least 15 days before the event start date will be eligible for full credit toward a future event. No refund or credit will be issued for non-attendance without written notice. Substitutions and speaker changes may occur. The Progressive Institute reserves the right to substitute or alter speakers or topics as necessary.

6. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is cancelled, delegate payments will be credited toward a future event. If rescheduled, payments will be credited toward the rescheduled event. No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations or postponements.

7. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Use of Media

By attending the event, participants consent to photography, filming, and the use of their image and likeness for promotional purposes by the organiser.

9. Exhibitor Responsibilities

Exhibitors are responsible for their own stand setup, equipment, and compliance with event safety regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event.

11. Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be held liable for any delay or cancellation of the event caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering for the event, participants agree that their personal information may be collected, stored, and used by the organiser (Progressive Institute) for the purposes of event management, communications, and marketing related to the event and future events.

The organiser will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill essential event services. All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
